Leadership Development Program
The Southside Leadership Development program is for 18-25 year olds who are interested in pursuing ministry and who have both a desire to learn and a passion to lead. The LDP is a paid leadership program and involves 20 hours of work each week including Sundays, a monthly meeting on Monday afternoon’s and 2 retreats. This yearlong program allows you to learn and grow in ministry and leadership and may even lead to the realization that you were made to do this for the rest of your life. We are currently taking applications for 2019-2020 LDP participants. If you are interested in applying, please complete the form below. Applications are due June 28th.
